I had the most amazing experience with Lauren today. She did my keratin treatment perfectly, finished it off with a beautiful blowout and haircut, and truly made the entire appointment feel like a spa experience. She is so knowledgeable, takes the time to explain everything, and is genuinely such a lovely person. I left feeling relaxed, confident, and obsessed with my hair. Highly recommend Lauren!

I’m so happyy I found Michelle at PHD Beauty! I’ve been struggling with my hair due to some medical issues, she was understanding and knowledgeable with what I was going through. Gave me tons of advice and recommendations for products. Was a lovely experience all around! Shout out to Lacey, the adorable pup there! Lauren is a genius with hair colour. I started coming to her a year ago, after I was no longer happy with my previous hair dresser. The colour, especially my roots would never hold up well between colours with my previous hair dresser and she would just say it was because of the grey hair. So I found Lauren and since the first time she coloured my hair, I have never been happier, or received as many compliments about the colour. Even when I just get the roots touched up, you cannot tell where the new colour ends and the old starts, it blends that well. I have thick, curly hair and if my hair isn’t cut right, it’s hard to manage, never an issue with one of her haircuts. Honestly, she is the best hai dresser I have ever had.

Lauren has been doing my hair for a couple of years now and her new salon is wonderful. She spends careful time making sure she knows and understands my wants and needs, and always goes above and beyond. I get compliments on my hair regularly, even months after it’s been cut because my color grows out so well! Thanks for always taking great care of me!

Getting my hair done at P.H.D Beauty was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had at a salon. From the beginning, it was obvious that Lauren truly cared about my experience (and my hair of course!). She sat down with me and had an actual conversation to make sure we were on the same page and she fully understood what I was looking for. Lauren is not only extremely kind and caring, but also super knowledgeable. I fully trusted her, and I can honestly say I walked out with the best haircut I’ve ever had. If you want a stylist who listens, cares, and makes sure you leave feeling confident, I cannot recommend Lauren and P.H.D Beauty enough.
